The reputable casino game developer from Sweden, Play’n GO, has made another important step in an attempt to increase the US market presence. One of the leading casino entertainment providers has secured its sixth US license with a flagship deal in Delaware.
Popular games from Play’n GO will now become available to players from the First State thanks to the agreement signed with Rush Street Interactive. Consequently, gamers from Delaware can look forward to playing some of the player-favorite titles like Piggy Blitz.
The latest milestone highlights Play’n GO’s dedication to providing premium iGaming content to regulated markets across the globe.
Play’n GO’s Journey to Expanding Its Presence Across the US
Play’n GO made its debut in the US online gambling market in July 2022 after obtaining its first online casino license in Michigan. However, this was only the first step in the studio’s broader mission to become a leading content provider in other regulated online casino markets across the country.
The next milestone was reached in September 2022, when the company secured its second license from New Jersey’s Division of Gaming Enforcement. This seal of approval allowed the studio to launch its games in New Jersey with PokerStars. In December of the same year, Play’n GO gained its third license and debuted its content in West Virginia.
The company continued to work hard, and the effort paid off in 2024. First, Connecticut officially approved the state supplier license for Play’n GO. Finally, in April 2024, the game provider secured its fifth online casino license in Pennsylvania through a partnership with BetMGM.
What Does License Mean to Play’n GO?
The Swedish casino game developer has officially stated that their main goal is to enter every regulated gambling market in the world. To date, Play’n GO has succeeded in introducing its massive game portfolio containing over 350 titles in more than 35 legal markets globally.
However, each new US state with a fully regulated online gambling market represents a significant
success for the provider.m
Anna Mackney, US Head of Region at Play’n GO, confirms that the provider is thrilled to start a new year by expanding its reach in the States. She continues that being approved in Delaware “marks yet another significant step in our US growth strategy.”
Finally, Anna Mackney adds: “We’ve already established an excellent relationship with Rush Street
Interactive across the United States and we are confident that our partnership will continue to be mutually beneficial to both businesses as we enter yet another new market together. US players have clearly demonstrated their demand for our games, and we will continue to deliver.”
